Hello. I need help with the flashing light error on the KRC2 cabinet. My KRC2 cabinet has a flashing light error on the KSD1 and KPS-600 drives, the screen shows some errors (I did not save to post here). The supplier's engineer informed that the hard drive has data errors and they sent a Ghost image for me to Ghost the data again. After Ghosting the new data, (The software version has been upgraded from 5.4 to 5.5.) The serial number in the RDC of the machine has been reset to 0. However, this error has not been resolved. In addition, there are some errors after I Ghost the data again (as shown in the attached image below). Unfortunately, the supplier's engineers are currently busy with the exhibition event and do not have time to support me, so I have to post here in the hope of getting help. Thank you very much everyone.

Hello,
It is not surprising that there is an inconsistency between your harddrive and the robot's RDC, as you applied a new image from another machine. Check out e.g. this thread: https://www.robot-forum.com/robotforum/thread/19810-rdt-data-of-rdc-and-hard-disk-inconsistent-check-robot-data/
I would suggest starting there and then seeing if that also resolves your other problems.
Best,
Johannes
