[the angles for E02 is the problem.]

We are looking for a solution in which we use the turn table to always make sure the work layer is parallel to the ground. I have managed to get the angles for E01 working but getting the angles for E02 is the problem..



I have placed the problem in a red group inside the Grasshopper file. Hope someone has a solution.

The toolpath I gave you is just an example because I cannot share the actual toolpath. The point was to know the alternative flow in comparison to to older version.

I was trying the robot spline but now that I see it closely it follows a curved path. I was still referring to the grey line, my mistake. I feel this was my
visual miscommunication.

I need help Following a NURB curve along the red curve. If I increase the points it warns me of singularities and if I reduce the points it deviates from the curve in black.



In the tutorial section, I found this but I'm unable to work with this due to the old version.

[reach a set of angles with the turn table]

Hello,

I need to reach a set of angles with the turn table. But I'm not able to get a smooth transition between these angles. The KUKA pauses for a few seconds adjusts the table and resumes working ahead. This slight pause is causing over-welding at certain points. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Hello, we have been using this script to turn the tool on and off during fabrication.

But we are unable to do this with a new tool. It needs these text commands to switch on and off.
fiSOLD() = OFF
WAIT SEC 2
iniciSOLD() = ON



I am Unable to add these text commands to the PRC command script. Do you know how we can do this?

I have the Gcode from Fusion 360. But have no idea how to import this into Rhino. Does anyone have a sample .gh file for this? It is the first time I will use Fusion 360 with KUKA PRC and I have no clue how to go about this.

We are working with 4 different workstations and everytime we change the station we are manually changing the ABCXYZ values for the best result. I know that we are taking the long way and there is a shortcut for this. Can someone help me How can I can load bases on the core? So that we are bit more efficient.
