Title: got error ip adress after open kuka robot

I have open kuka robot for programing but it can not operating I have got error in attract picture .What  I have try to solve 1.remote com to kuka robot but it can not connect
2.connect by cmd>ping IP address of robot so it appear request time out 3. unplug kuka smart pad

My recommendation would be to connect a display to the robot controller (usually DVI, sometimes DisplayPort) and check what is going on if the smartPad has got problems connecting.

Thank for the suggestion. now I can operate the robot I fix by plugin all ports about IP address I think it has some port have a loss.

I have the same issue. I already connected a DVI Port, but I don't know where I should do next.

What is shown on the monitor?
The robot might have a problem booting up; it may ask you to press a button to proceed, etc.
The goal is just to do basic Windows troubleshooting so that it starts again. Once booted up, the smartPad should connect as usual.
