Title: Help with simulation not reflecting reality
Post by: kallan22 on June 03, 2026, 02:42:28 AM
Hello, I am new to KUKA prc and figuring it out. We have a KR220. I am having an issue with the simulation versus what the robot performs. When I run the program, I receive a "Workspace Error" and cannot continue. Hoping someone on this thread has some ideas. Please see the PDF below for a detailed description of my issues.

Hi,
Thanks for the detailed description, that is indeed strange.
Generally with a tool like yours, B=-90 is correct, that is what I would expect to work.
Could you please send me your GH/3DM file plus the generated SRC output? Either here as an attachment or to johannes@robotsinarchitecture.org
Then I can take a look!
Best,
Johannes

Hi Kailey,

I wrote back with some troubleshooting steps.
My best guess at the moment is that the robot model isn't the right one.

Best,
Johannes
