Hello Johannes,

I saw the video of the Robots in Architecture@eCAADe2012, it's about the aluminium sculpture by artists Neugebauer & Kölldorfer for Red Bull. (https://vimeo.com/50626322) It's a awesome project.  I am very interested to the workflow and eager to grasp it. So I would like to ask that is it possible to get the grasshopper flies ?

Thank you very much.

Tutorials / Re: Example: Robot Collision Checking
March 20, 2020, 08:27:20 AM
Hello Johannes,

I have tried the case you provided, this is something I haven't tried before. It will be useful in practice.  and I also have some confusions.
This method can find the toolpaths contains collisions or unreachable positions.  Is it just means that we should adjust the form or position of the object? or can I only change the axis posture to avoid the collisions without change the form of position.
I am very inserested in the way use Galapagos.  But I think it's a little hard for me to integrate them.  So where can I get some case or tutorial of these?  I really want to learn this method.

Thanks a lot.

Thank you very much for your detailed explanation, I learned a lot from it. The problem may be Sorting and joining of curves. Because I successfully drew another simple figure(few letters) before. And I will try again according to your advice .

Thank you again for your prompt reply and detailed explanation.

General Discussion / Drawing Tool path is not smooth
November 01, 2019, 09:55:14 AM
Hello,

I have some questions about the drawing, when I put the SRC files into the robot, the logic of robot drew the picture was unordered, it didn't draw smoothly and fluently. There were a lot of movement, especially a lot of point.  So it doesn't look very good. You can see it in the image below.

So I would like to konw that how can I make it go in one derection or more logically? or can I control the order of drawing?

Hello Johannes,

I am so confused. When I click KUKA|prc setting a window apperas me that most likely this is caused by an outdated.NET framework. But when I download the file and install, a window apperas that I have install it. This problem only in my laptop, others can work well. I have tried many time but they don't work :'(, So I would like to ask you for help.

Hello,
I have a problem with KUKA|prc about how to generate KRL or some file that can input my robot arm. I have read some tutorials in the forum, But I can't understand it very well. Actually, I'm not good at it, Can you give me some advice about how to master and learn KUKA|prc from the very beginning?

Thank you!
