I am trying to make a custom robot definition for the KR8 R1640-2 Arc HW. I've taken a look at the tutorial file as well as some other posts on this topic, but haven't been able to get the robot links to align in PRC. I noticed others had issues with hollow wrist robots, so I wasn't sure if there was an issue with the datasheet or perhaps I entered the data incorrectly. Attached are the datasheet and grasshopper file I'm working with. I appreciate any help setting this up.

I was hoping to gain some insight on vacuum grippers like this one:  http://i.vimeocdn.com/video/510541064_1280x720.jpg

I'm interested in 3d printing a gripper like this to pick up small objects (no larger than a brick) just as a fun project.  I haven't worked with anything like this before, so I'm learning as I go.  How much vacuum generation would be necessary to pick up a piece of foam like that?  Has anyone 3d printed a gripper like this?  Is it reasonable that something like this could work?

Hello everyone,

I'm currently trying to use an arduino as a digital i/o on an Agilus.  As I understand it, there are a few intermediary steps on both the physical side relating to bringing down the voltage out of the cabinet, as well as setting things up in WorkVisual. I'm pretty sure I've gotten the WorkVisual side of things taken care of, it's just the wiring from the cabinet to the arduino that is giving me trouble.  Does anyone have any photos or part numbers that could help to achieve this?  I'm super new to electronics and I'd like to keep my arduino intact...

First off, I wanted to say that I've really enjoyed using PRC!  We've been using it with our Agilus and have found it very helpful in programming the robot.  We recently were routing surfaces, and I have a suggestion for the divide curve with stepdown component.  It's really helpful to have this component, but I noticed that the way it works right now, each toolpath and its stepdowns are finished before moving to the next toolpath.  It would be more helpful to have each stepdown completed before moving down to the next stepdown, rather than grouping by toolpath, so the collet of the router head doesn't hit the stock.  I've attached a grasshopper file that reorganizes the output of the component into the order I'm talking about.  It would be great if this were an option in the component, as well as an option to zig-zag the toolpaths so the router could keep its head down, saving more time.  Just something I noticed that could be a good add on to the component.
