Support / Wait Command for IIWA
February 08, 2024, 04:35:47 PM
Hi All,

I am wondering how people are using the wait command for IIWA? as it is KRL code - it doesn't work on the IIWA, and we need ours to stop for a range of different intervals throughout the program.

Any advice would be helpful - Thankyou

Support / Simulation of toolpath from start to finish
January 08, 2024, 11:52:37 AM
Hi All,

Just wondering if I am missing a setting, is there a way to have the toolpath only show up in simulation as the robot is passing through the point, almost like a trail instead? I just want to record some footage without the entire toolpath showing up from the start.

Thanks in advance !

Ah I see, thankyou! Is there a method or example of this mapping in grasshopper? Or are people doing some sort of post-processing?

Support / Mismatch Position for Kuka IIWA
August 09, 2023, 03:45:26 AM
Hi All,

Hoping someone can please help me out a little, I am trying to program an IIWA, and when I add in a start position or even use the axis command component, the position of the robot in the simulation is completely different from the physical position, even though all the axis data matches. I haven't added a base or set up any programming for the 7th axis (maybe this is the problem?)

Any troubleshooting ideas are welcome - it has been a long time since I have worked with an IIWA....

Support / Re: PRC / Sunrise error
September 01, 2020, 02:07:30 AM
Hi Johannas,

Thanks for you response, the section of code is about motionBatch - would this be something to do with missing information coming out of PRC?  The line is highlighted in image attached.

Support / PRC / Sunrise error
August 31, 2020, 06:48:23 AM
Hey everyone,

Has anyone had this error before ? It can't seem to read the xml file correctly. I don't think it is the tool name or the base as normally the error shows that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Support / Multi state tools for xml files & sunrise
October 16, 2019, 06:08:57 AM
Hi Everyone,

I am new to using PRC and I am using an iiwa 14 r820 via sunrise workbench. I have noticed there is a component for multi state tools and I am wondering how it works and if it possible to control the attached gripper (robotiq 2f85 gripper) through the commands exported from PRC or if I have to add code into the "run_xml.java" file in sunrise ?

Many thanks in advance.  :)
