Hello Johannes´╝î

I am so confused. When I click KUKA|prc setting a window apperas me that most likely this is caused by an outdated.NET framework. But when I download the file and install, a window apperas that I have install it. This problem only in my laptop, others can work well. I have tried many time but they don't work :'(, So I would like to ask you for help.

Best,
Wang Cong

Hello,

The .NET framework is only the most likely problem. Sometimes people don't use the installer, but just copy the files, omitting the two OxyPlot DLLs.
Is it possible that happened? The two files should be in the same folder as KUKA|prc.

Best,
Johannes

Hello Johannes,

After listening to your advice, I compared the files of KUKA|prc with the computer which can work well. I found something different and reinstalled KUKA|prc. Now, It woks very well. Many Many Thanks !
I notice the KUKA|prc(V3) is improving forward. And I'm just beginning to learn iiwa. So I am very expect for it and I hope everything goes well!

Best,
