Bug with custom tool

When I opened my definition today, the custom tool mesh had disappeared, and the tool effector point was on the robot flange.
I plugged in a new "Custom tool" component, and everything went back to normal.
Bug ?

Might be, but not sure if on the GH or PRC side.
Please send me the file (gladly just the parts relevant to the problem) so I can take a look!
